This state-of-the-art symmetrical interconnect is unique in its design and execution. It builds on the 1.00 mm2 BRC+ conductors and FTDA® damping method. A conductor free floating in a viscous longitudinal cotton fiber surround with high mechanical decrement enhances the efficient absorption of vibrations affecting the conductors by as much as 50 times and ensures the widest possible dynamic range. A complex SATI®/SASDB® insulation steps down the distributed capacitance, relative permittivity and signal energy loss. Unparalleled EMI immunity derives from the X-Shield®SE – our highly acclaimed Multi-Element Shielding System. The new elastic thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) Elastollan®, used for jacketing, ensures unrivalled mechanical strength and efficient absorption of acoustic noise and vibrations.
